How do I run a hostel compliance audit?
Open Audits → Hostel Audit, enter the hostel, and run the Act 446 checklist. The system scores sanitation, fire safety and certification and marks the unit Compliant, Needs Improvement, or Non-Compliant.
When will a worker permit be flagged as expiring?
Active permits within 90 days of expiry are surfaced on the dashboard's Expiring Soon card and inside Workers. Urgency pills use 0–30 (Critical), 31–90 (Warning), and >90 (Valid) day windows.
Uploading a field photo fails — what should I do?
Confirm the file is JPG, PNG, WebP or PDF and under 10 MB. The scan endpoint validates type and size before processing, so oversized or unsupported files are rejected with a clear error.
Where is the CSV template for bulk worker import?
On the Workers page, open Bulk CSV and click Download CSV template. Uploads max out at 500 rows; each row validates passport format and hostel capacity.
