QuotaGuard AI ("we", "us") processes personal data on behalf of Malaysian employers for the purpose of managing foreign worker accommodation and Act 446 compliance.

Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Worker identification data (passport numbers, phone numbers) is AES-256 encrypted and accessible only to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis.
